The work transformation and recovery is about practicing authentic self care and learning to train our minds to think positively, especially about ourselves, in order to feel good. We need to practice choosing thoughts that make us feel good about ourselves, others and life in general and let go of the ones that are negative, that create pain for us. Louise Hay referred to these thoughts as positive feeling thoughts. While we have been choosing negative ones in the past, we can also choose positive thoughts to think and say.
