The journey of transformation starts with us first becoming aware of the existence of our thinking. As we start to contemplate the nature of our thoughts and beliefs, we shift our focus to them and our awareness slowly grows. When we start to work with them as a result of our awareness we start to experience their power and how they are connected to our feelings. As we continue to learn more we slowly start to become aware of the relationship between our thoughts and beliefs and our experience. In this process we awaken to the presence of the most important thought that we have, the belief that we have about ourselves, about our value and worth as a human being.
