This music is absolutely perfect for relaxation. I am a clinical hypnotherapist who has been looking for many years for some suitable music for my self help CDs - and I found this music to be far and away the best I have ever heard. It is truly beautiful relaxing, meditative music which leaves you feeling wonderfully calm and relaxed afterwards - and yet also positive and inspired all at the same time, and this is very rare. Unlike most others I had encountered, it does not contain any of the usual "irritants", such as unexpected noises or a depressing type of music. I believe Dr. Henshaw is a leader in his field, and he was very prompt, professional and willing in answering any questions I had. Not only that, I believe his prices are extremely good value for what you get. I would highly recommend this music to anyone.
