I found the CDs to be very helpful in experiencing deep states of relaxation. My interest in relaxation grew when I was asked to lead a spiritual and emotional performance team here at Memorial Hospital West. The goal of the team is to provide resources to patients to help them meet their spiritual and emotional needs, realizing that the healing process takes more than physical care.
