HOW TO USE THE POSITIVE AFFIRMATION RECORDINGS
Follow these steps for each listening of a positive affirmation recording:
1. Find a quiet, comfortable place to relax, one free from any distractions.
2. Ensure that there is proper stereo separation by placing yourself between the left and right speakers. For optimal effect, you may want to use stereo headphones.
3. Begin to listen to the positive affirmation recordings at a volume which is comfortable to you.
4. Close your eyes, take a few deep breathes, inhaling slowly and deeply and then exhaling slowly and completely and as you do so let your body begin to relax.
5. Visualize this calming, relaxed feeling moving from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and then back up again.
